What information do you need to quote a guardrail project?
Send the product or complete system, governing standard and edition, drawings if available, quantities or route length, destination country, and target delivery date. For a tested barrier system, include the required containment level and site geometry.
Can Tianshun supply beams, posts and connection parts together?
Yes. We can coordinate beams, posts, spacers, fasteners, terminals and transitions against the approved system drawing. The bill of materials is confirmed for each project rather than inferred from a beam profile alone.
How do I know which test report applies to my configuration?
Match the report to the complete supplied configuration, including beam, post, spacing, mounting height, terminals, transitions and installation conditions. Send us the required standard and drawings so the document scope can be reviewed before a compliance claim is made.
Can dimensions, hole patterns or coating be customized?
Drawing-controlled dimensions, hole patterns and surface treatments can be reviewed for production. Changes to a tested system must also be checked against the approved design and any required test evidence.
Which quality and shipping documents can I request?
Ask for the documents required by your project, such as material and coating records, inspection results, product markings, packing lists and available test reports. Document availability and applicability are confirmed for the exact product and order.
What is the production and delivery lead time?
Lead time depends on the approved drawings, product mix, quantity, coating, inspection requirements and destination. Share your deadline with the RFQ so the team can confirm a realistic schedule in the quotation.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum practical quantity depends on the product, drawing, coating batch and whether components can be combined in one shipment. Send your item list and destination for an order-specific minimum and price.
How are guardrails packed for sea freight?
The packing plan is agreed for the product mix and shipping route. Ask us to confirm bundle or pallet dimensions, markings, protection, loading plan and packing list before booking the container.
Does a material standard prove crash performance?
No. A beam or coating specification addresses the stated material or product characteristics. Crash performance must be supported by a report for the relevant complete barrier system and installation configuration.
